Changes in our organisation with effect from September 2008

Mr. Hartwig Snyckers, our CEO with technical focus on production has retired after almost 30 years of service for the company. Mr. Manfred Heide has been appointed as CEO. Mr. Heide`s new position at DOG will be focussed on the strategical business as well as on general management. Mr. André Rittmann will be promoted as the new Global Business Manager, being responsible for the sales and marketing of DOG´s complete product range. Mr. Rittmann´s focus will be on the Rubber Additives. He will be supported by two business unit managers Mr. Udo Röhrs for Lubricant Additives and Mr. Stefan Oettlein for Coating Additives. Mrs Simone Materlik will take over from Mr. Rittmann the responsibility for the rubber laboratory. We are confident that the new team will successfully continue the groth of our business.
